Personal Training/pRIVATE COACHING
TDR Fitness offers personal training and private coaching for clients with goals of all kinds. You can also create your own small group of friends and family for a reduced price per client. We have several personal trainers with different specialities that can cater for your goals.
Why Choose PRIVATE COACHING?
There are a number of possible reasons for choosing personal training over other options such as small group classes. Private Coaching is the best choice when:
- Your goals are very specific, such as preparing for a particular competitive event
- You're significantly overweight
- You have no previous exercise experience and have been largely sedentary
- You have considerable orthopedic problems or injuries
- You prefer or require the privacy, personal attention and additional accountability of one-on-one training
PRIVATE COACHING for BARBELL CLASSES
One of the two options for becoming eligible for our barbell classes is a series of private coaching sessions. In these sessions, your coach will take you through our carefully planned curriculum to prepare you for the skill and intensity demands of the classes.
